Great Nunty’s Farmhouse
Renovation
This grade 2 listed farmhouse underwent a complete renovation including replacement of the sole plates and general repairs to the oak framed structure. A full electrical installation was delivered, along with the addition of underfloor heating throughout the property. Internal works also included the design and building of a spacious new kitchen and bathroom, the installation of replacement windows and doors, as well as internal re-decoration throughout.
Substantial work was completed outside of the property, with a traditional stable block and cart lodge being erected.
To finish the works A&D also fully landscaped the grounds to provide the perfect backdrop for the newly renovated farmhouse.
